are so concerned & focused on what we weigh, on how many calories
we eat, on what diet are friends are doing that we actually miss the
whole point of food its supposed to help YOU function at YOUR best, feel
& look great plus fit into YOUR lifestyle.
Sure you can reduce
your calories & exercise harder & the weight will come off, you
will initially feel great as you have lost that weight, but how long will it last & what happens next ?
You can eat a low fat version as its so many sins or points but what are you really achieving by doing this ?
We are what we eat, but we are also what we don't eat, focus on your health not just the scales & calories.
I was the original fat kid the king of fast food, trust me I have
walked the walk & have tried pretty much every fad out their.
don't claim to know everything, I'm still learning & always will be
because I value my body & how I feel, believe me you feel amazing
once you truly value your body. You don't have to live like a saint,
eating chicken & broccoli 7 days a week, trust me I am no saint I
enjoy all sorts of food & I always will

started to really make changes looking to progress more, experimenting
with foods, some I like some I don't but I'm willing to try them with an
The whole reason I became a coach is initially to help
me & my family become the best we can be & then using my ability
to help coach others make real changes to their lives.
So what if
you don't lose 5lbs this week, how about you lose 0.5lb or stay the same
but are slowly starting to educate yourself to make changes so in 1
year 2 years 3 years etc. time you will be in a far better place than
you currently are right now.
Real change doesn't happen overnight it takes a lifetime to master.
