August 14-16 2015 saw the first Fitness 23 Activities Weekend at Thorpe Woodlands in Thetford.  The weekend was a great success and a good time was had by all.

We all Friday teatime and had some break the ice games which included guess the baby pics, then came the amazing meal cooked by chef Brian (Knife Of Brian) we then had some chillout time playing table tennis, giant jenga and having a giggle.

Early start Saturday with a nice little run through the forest followed by a bootcamp session then a nice healthy breakfast.  We then had a bit of down time before embarking on the climbing wall and high ropes.  Scary stuff but we all had a go and loved it.  After an amazing lunch we went on a mountain bike trek through the forest followed by a spot of canoeing , and yes some of us got extremely wet.

Saturday night was a awesome nutritious BBQ followed by a chill out and toasted marshmallows.

Sunday last day :(  started with a nice little run  through the forest followed by a circuit training session, we then had omelettes for breakfast.  After a little downtime we did some orienteering followed by a bootcamp and volleyball and of course another amazing lunch.  This was a truly awesome fun weekend so much so we booked another for 2016 which sold out within a week.
